If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, as long as the packaging of the products has not been opened or tampered with and has not been tampered with in any way.

The return costs shall be borne by the customer. The customer must ensure the safe return of the products by choosing the appropriate packaging and carrier. Given that the returned products are received in perfect condition as intended, a refund will be made within 30 days.

We check the products we provide to our customers for any defects. All products are carefully packaged and shipped in perfect condition. If your order contains a faulty item you can return it free of charge (excluding shipping costs) and we will replace it immediately, or else we will refund your money.
